    Moved to New Zealand as an Immigrant

  • 2017

    Started Rent-investing and bought first property

  • 2018

    I seized a next door distressed sale opportunity and added 2nd property in to my portfolio. Also, I bought land in a regional area of Australia and successfully divided it into two lots.

  • 2019

    Acquired a unit in NSW, Australia, and performed cosmetic renovations to enhance its appeal.

  • 2020

    Sold one of the New Zealand property, gaining $220k within 3 years of purchased at $374k. Joined a renovation venture in metro NSW and acquired another property with development potential in the vicinity of Perth.

  • 2021

    Secured off-market land in North West Sydney at a record-low price, sitting at more than double in just over 12 months. Invested in a high-yield residential property in metro Perth. Took a project on hand for dream home build for a spacious 48 sq home in conjunction with a builder on cost+ basis.

  • 2022

    Received approval to subdivide a regional property into two lots, sold with DA approved site to a developer. Also, acquired houses in metro Adelaide, regional New South Wales, and metro Queensland in the span of 18 months.

  • 2023

    Secured off-market land in North West Sydney at a record-low price, sitting at more than double in just over 12 months. Invested in a high-yield residential property in metro Perth.
